What programs do we offer?

Youth Hoops Basketball offers seasonal programs with Fall, Winter, and Spring classes with camps in the summer. We train kids ages 7-16, taking them through a one hour practice every week.

How do I register

We take registrations continuously throughout the year, so you can sign-up any time. The first step is to sign up for a 1-day trial. This allows us to assess your child and place them into the correct skill level. Please navigate to classes and select the season you wish to register for to see further details.

How much are classes?

Classes are $30 per session. Sessions are 1-hour once a week and a season typically lasts 10 weeks. All fees are paid up-front and online to ensure your child maintains their spot. Registrations operate on a first come first serve basis. We also offer financial assistance through Jumpstart and Kid Sport.

When are classes?

Do I need to have a certain skill level to train at Youth Hoops basketball?

Any and all athletic levels are welcome at Youth Hoops Basketball. We train players using fundamental principles re-enforced with positive communication and feed-back. Whether you can jump out of the building or can barely tie your shoes, Youth Hoops has a place for you!

What happens if my child misses a class?

Classes are non-refundable; however, if you know your child is going to miss a class, please contact us and we can schedule a make-up class.

What if i have a question or concern during the class?

At all classes we have a Court Supervisor, responsible for ensuring all drills move efficeintly. You will typically see the Court Supervisor walking around the court, providing assistance to coaches, and sometimes taking kids aside to re-enforce a skill. What are the benefits of starting my child at an early age?

Basketball is an engaging and dynamic sport that offers children a unique opportunity to develop teamwork skills while expressing themselves in a safe and supportive environment. Despite its complexity, introducing basketball at an early age helps children grasp the fundamentals of the game and fosters collaboration within a team setting. Additionally, participating in basketball enhances coordination, promotes physical fitness, and helps children become familiar with a wide range of athletic movements, setting the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
